> Madden football games have come along way over the past years, but by
far this is the best game yet. Madden NFL 2002 blows past all the competition
on the Xbox with superb graphics and gameplay. Its time to head to the
Super Bowl again. Here's what Madden NFL 2002 has to offer.
> Madden on the Xbox surpass any football game out now, with mind blowing
visuals and stunning animations. Some improvements from the previous madden
are real player faces and body models the ability to tear up the turf and
other players. The weather effects are beautifully done and it looks like
the crowd is gonna jump out of the stands. The graphics have had a major
overhaul from the PS2 version and are very well done.
> The control for Madden is very well done for the Xbox, considering the
size of the xbox controller i'd say you would have no problem learning
the controls very quickly. I had them down in about 5 minutes so i doubt
anyone should have a major problem. The only thing i had a problem with
was the passing game.
> The sound is very well done, with excellent music to get you in the mood
for some gridiron action. The crowd cheers when you make a great play or
you can listen to the announcer trash talk you when you mess up. The sound
of the players hitting each other and being tackled really make it realistic.
Overall I'd said the sound it pretty well done.
> There are so many different game modes like Season/Franchise were you
can create you own team or use one of the 32 regular NFL teams, other game
modes include Tournament, Custom League, Practice, Situation, Two Minute
Drill, and Training. So I doubt you'll become bored to quickly. You can
also earn and trade Madden Cards which can help you team in the long run
and are also fun to collect. There is so much to do on this game i can't
explain it all.
